We manage the build closely with the Project Team and use industry approved building contracts for your peace of mind.

1. First Meeting
- Every project begins with a conversation.
- During our initial meeting, we’ll get to know you, your vision, and your unique needs. This is a chance for you to share your ideas and ask any questions.
- We’ll discuss the scope of the project, look to understand the architect's proposals more deeply, and offer insights on design and construction possibilities, and ensure we understand your expectations.
2. Accurate Costing and Tender
- After gathering all the necessary details, we prepare a detailed and transparent tender pack.
- This professional document outlines all the costs involved, ensuring nothing is left to chance.
- Although we always advise clients to have a contingency, our experience ensures that cost estimates are accurate, so there are no hidden surprises as your project progresses. We pride ourselves on clarity and honesty in our pricing from the outset.
3. Confirmations and Contract
- Once the tender is agreed upon, we move into the confirmation stage. Here, we fine-tune any final details, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.
- Following this, we’ll sign a contract that clearly outlines the terms, responsibilities, and timelines. This contract serves as a foundation of trust, ensuring everyone is on the same page before construction begins.
4. Construction
- With the contract signed, our team begins the construction phase.
- We pride ourselves on doing as much of the work in-house as possible, reducing the need for subcontractors. This allows us to maintain complete control over quality, schedule, and communication.
- We do not require up front deposits, we value the labour and materials as we move through the build and generally only invoice for what has already been done / procured in line with the contract terms.
- Throughout this phase, you’ll be kept informed of progress with regular updates, ensuring transparency every step of the way.
5. Completion
- As construction wraps up, we ensure everything is completed to the highest standard before you move in.
- We address any final adjustments and ensure your satisfaction at the time of completion. At this point, your vision has been fully realized, and you can move into a home that was built with care, precision, and dedication to quality.
- We return to rectify any defects as needed during the 6 month defect period set out in industry standard building contracts.
- We provide a 6 year warranty on all building work for every project.
